Most of our coaching sessions and classes are delivered via Zoom unless specifically arranged otherwise.
How We Deliver Our Services
- Live Sessions: After purchasing, you'll receive a confirmation email with clear scheduling instructions or direct access to our booking calendar where you can select your preferred time.
- Digital Products: All digital resources—including books, recordings, and course materials—are delivered automatically to your email immediately after payment or through our secure platform access.
- Group Programs and Courses: Before your course begins, you'll receive detailed access instructions, schedules, and materials via email or through our dedicated teaching platform.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable. You may reschedule or cancel your coaching session up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
However, cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may result in the session being forfeited without refund. This policy helps us honor our commitment to all clients and maintain our scheduling integrity.
Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our services and the immediate access provided to digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
